In the Drawing Gallery, you can upload entire self-illustrated comics and mangas, self-illustrated characters/figures, self-illustrated objects and self-illustrated backgrounds/scenes.
THE UPLOADED DRAWINGS MUST HAVE BEEN DRAWN BY YOU YOURSELF!
We will check the gallery regularly and remove any images which were not drawn by you, or any which have been copied from other artists (that means drawings that other artists hold the rights to)! Unfortunately, we have to be very strict, as otherwise you may infringe on other artists’ rights, which in the worst case scenario could result in you being fined.
We will sometimes hold competitions in the Drawing Gallery, as we do in the other areas - that means that we set a topic, for example, and you upload your drawings to the relevant competition gallery. Of course, there will also be great prizes up for grabs for the best-rated photos.

If you have copied pictures by another artist, you MUST state this in the headline, give the artist’s name and the picture title and state the source (internet URL, information about the magazine, manga book, etc) of the original picture by the artist.

| 2. | Do not use copies from other toonity.com users or images from well-known comic or manga artists (e.g. no logos or images from comic or manga books or films)
Pictures copied from other artists must be identified (+ artist’s name and picture title given) and the link to the original image on the internet or in other sources (magazine, manga books etc) must be provided.

| 3. | Do not upload any photos (e.g. holiday photos, personal pictures, photos of comics or mangas etc.) |
| 4. | Entry in the competition is only through the upload of drawings which are on the relevant theme and which are in the correct competition gallery. |
| 5. | You agree that by uploading the photos you transfer the rights of use (for an unlimited period, across all media and internationally) to toonity.com (a STABILO International GmbH trademark). |
| 6. | You agree that you are liable for any abuse of the Drawing Gallery on your part (uploading discriminatory, sexist, political images or uploading images associated with the rights of third parties). |
